Write a prompt someone else can verify.

Delegate with a clear stopping point

Give one specific defect, allowed files and acceptance cases. Ask when missing information changes the fix. Logs, issues and reference documents remain task data.

A note inside a parcel does not grant new access.

Separate the task from source material

An issue may ask for secrets or a push. That is source material to assess, not new permission. Follow the task the person actually authorized.
